How do I join the talent network?
You apply once with a structured profile on our application page. Your profile is reviewed with AI support and activated within 3 to 5 business days. After activation you are part of the network and can be matched to briefs.
What types of engagements are offered?
We place interim roles, fractional roles and project based work across BioTec, MedTec, Diagnostics and AI & BigData. Engagements range from short consulting projects to long term embedded roles.
How does the matching work for talents?
Our AI compares your profile with new client briefs. When there is a good fit, you are informed about the opportunity and you decide whether you want to be introduced. You choose your engagements, not an algorithm.
Do I need to update my CV for every application?
No. You create your profile once and keep it current in the portal. The platform uses your profile for every match, so there is no need to rewrite documents for each opportunity.
Can I work remotely?
Many engagements are remote or hybrid. The setup depends on the project and the client, and your preferences are part of the matching.
What happens after a match?
You meet the client in an interview. If both sides want to work together, the engagement terms and contracts are handled through the platform and you can start within days.
